Effective upon subscription
The monthly subscription fee grants access to the infrastructure. AI usage costs are billed separately by third-party providers and are non-refundable through Line Engine.
Users may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds. No retroactive cancellation of incurred charges. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once access has been granted. No refunds for partial use of a billing period. No refunds for suspension due to policy violations.
If you are an EU consumer, you may have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. By subscribing and receiving immediate access to the infrastructure, you expressly agree that service provision begins immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal once access is granted.
