Terms of Service

Effective upon subscription

1. Nature of Service

Line Engine provides workflow infrastructure only. It does not provide AI models, training data, or content generation services. Subscriptions grant access to the pipeline infrastructure, not to AI compute.

2. Third-Party Providers

All AI generation is executed via independent third-party providers (e.g. OpenAI, Replicate, Anthropic, Google). Line Engine does not control provider output, pricing, uptime, rate limits, or policy changes. Line Engine is not liable for provider service interruptions, account suspensions, or billing disputes. Users must comply with each provider's terms.

3. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for all API usage, generated content, legality of prompts and outputs, compliance with applicable laws, and ensuring they hold rights to all input data. Line Engine does not monitor or moderate user content.

4. Subscription Scope

Subscriptions grant access to infrastructure only. AI usage costs are billed directly by third-party providers. Line Engine does not process AI usage payments.

5. Security

API keys are stored encrypted and used exclusively to execute user-initiated workflows. Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials.

6. Suspension & Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated without prior notice in cases of abuse, security threats, illegal activity, violation of these terms, or excessive system load.

7. No Warranty

The service is provided as-is and as-available. Line Engine makes no warranties regarding uptime, availability, output quality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Line Engine shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, third-party provider failures, or user misuse. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 3 months.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered.
